Maxwell (マクスウェル) is one of seven Dukes of Hell.
History
Maxwell was summoned by Alderp using the Summoning Talisman. Alderp then contracted with Maxwell, unknowing what the true consequences were. Maxwell can manipulate and alter other people's memory, but he is himself amnesiac, and has trouble remembering orders. Relying on Max, Alderp steadily rose through Belzerg's society, eventually ending up as a powerful politician with influence overshadowing the Dustiness house.
